How Many Days Do I Need To Workout?

  • Day 1 – Move Fast (Plyometrics & Olympic Lifting)
  • Day 2 – Gymnastics & Threshold Cardio
  • Day 3 – Straight Arm Push & Clean & Jerk (Calisthenics & Olympic Lifting)
  • Day 4 – Bent Arm Push/Pull (Upper Body Calisthenics)
  • Day 5 – Plyo, Power & Pressing

How Long Do The Workouts Take?
