The workouts range from 20-30 minutes

Can I Combine This With Other Workouts?

Allow for roughly 20-30 minutes for this program, twice a week. It will be heavy on the lats, biceps and forearms, so I would recommend dialling back volume on anything overtly focused on pulling strength or kipping to preserve your shoulders and biceps.
