How The Challenge Works

Follow a training plan of your choice from our coaches, or create your own and track your progress each week.

Our coaches will provide daily guidance and nutrition & workout tips to keep you on track with your goals.

Train hard, eat well, make friends in the community and share your progress!

Challenge Seasons

We run 4 challenges throughout the year to provide structure and community support to your goals.

Whatever your main goal, we don’t focus on quick-fixes. These challenges break up your year into mini-periods of focused effort, where we come together as a team to keep you accountable and consistent.

How it works

Enrol

There’s a 2 week enrolment period for the challenge.

You’ll be able to enrol directly within the app during this period.

You must have either a Pro Membership OR purchase a Challenge Entry during enrolment to gain access to the Ganbaru Method app for the entire challenge period.

Set Your Goal

After you’ve enrolled, you’ll be able to set your goal.

Whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or simply sticking with 1 healthy habit for the whole challenge like hitting your daily steps.

We want you to pick a target that promotes realistic, sustainable and actionable habits.

You’ll work on your goal alongside your training plan, and we’ll be with you every step of the way for accountability and support!

Win

At the end of the challenge, you’ll submit a check-in report on what you’ve achieved and what the challenge meant for you.

Judging is not based purely on physical transformations. Winners are selected based on healthy, sustainable results and lifestyle improvements – not unhealthy diet or training practices that are not aligned with our mission.
