What You Will Achieve

Phase 1 is all about exploring and strengthening new positions through your hips, shoulders & spine. The workouts may not seem like much on paper, but you’ll be surprised just how challenging it can be with the right focus on on reaching as much range as possible with smooth, controlled technique.
Phase 2 steps up the volume & intensity from the previous phase, whilst maintaining the emphasis on deep ranges of motion. You’ll work more dynamically and explosively to improve coordination further and prepare your body for future workouts.
Phase 3 is an introductory hypertrophy routine, with a heavy emphasis towards improving range of motion, mobility & bodily awwareness. You’ll see improvements in muscle mass & movement capacity through this phase.
